2. Use of the Services & Scheduling
By utilizing our online appointment portal (powered by Cal.com) and automated assistant platforms (powered by Retell AI), you represent and warrant that:
All information you submit is truthful, accurate, and current.
You are at least 18 years of age, or possess legal parental/guardian consent to book a medical appointment.
Your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
3. Text Messaging & Automated Voice Communications
By opting in to our communication queues, you accept the following provisions regarding text messages (SMS) and automated voice calls:
Program Description: Adults-N-Teens Urgent Care PLLC (Doctors' Only Urgent Care) sends text message appointment confirmations, automated text updates, schedule reminders, and automated voice status checks.
Message Frequency: You will receive approximately 1–4 messages per appointment, typically 2–6 messages per month per user, depending on your appointment activity.
Carrier Terms: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages caused by network or carrier issues outside our control.
Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of text alerts at any time by replying STOP to any text message received. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly at 844-318-5500.
Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Prohibited Activities
